**Yoga + Sound Meditation Under the Oaks**
Start your week with a peaceful reset! Join us **every Monday at 9:00 AM** for a **1-hour Yin Yoga session** followed by a calming **Sound Meditation** under the **largest oak tree in Central Park**, near the **Shipley Nature Center**.
✨ Slow down, stretch deeply, and soak in the healing sounds. All levels are welcome—bring your mat, water, and an open heart.
