Join us for a full-body outdoor workout to music combining cardio, strength, and core training to improve your endurance, power, balance, and more! All levels welcome. Ages 30+.

**Remember to bring a mat, towel, water, and your favorite sunnies, hat, sunscreen and your energy! There is a free parking lot as well as a restroom and water fountain.
This is a donation-based fitness class. Donations are greatly appreciated, suggested $10-20 (cash, Zelle, and PayPal accepted)
