Join us for outdoor bootcamp at Pattinson Park on the basketball court! This is a 1-hour class for all fitness levels. Starts with an easy warm-up, then we'll get into some fun drills and sets with exercises such as sprints, leaps, side shuffles, squats, lunges and much more. We'll do some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and tabata training to take your fitness to the next level. The last part of class will include core with pilates-inspired exercises. Total body training!

All you need to bring is a mat, water, and perhaps a hat, sunscreen, sunnies, and your ENERGY! Let's makes new friends while improving our health and fitness!
