Hickory Cleans UP
A one day multi-site effort to clean up litter and trash in our city sponsored by Childers Construction and Remodeling in cooperation with the Hickory Citizens Litter Project.

What?
Several locations around the city have been “trashed”. Volunteers are needed to help pick up litter and debris from these locations. Volunteers will need to wear boots and gloves. Bags will be provided. If you have a grabber, please bring it with you. We have a limited supply of grabbers available for volunteers.

Where?
Meet in the parking lot of Michael's, 2195 US Hwy. 70 SE, Hickory. You'll join a team, get supplies, and head out to clean up your designated area.

When?
Saturday, May 11, 2024 starting at 8:30 AM. Lunch will be served, courtesy of Childers Construction and Remodeling starting at 12 Noon.
How to get involved:

100+ volunteers are needed to help this be a huge success to Clean UP Hickory!! Everyone is welcome. Children under 14 need to be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
