Whisper & Quill Quiet Book Club

In honor of HCPL’s 80th Anniversary, join us for a quarterly series of silent reading sessions at select Harford County establishments. Our first one is at Broom's Bloom Dairy, 1700 S. Fountain Green Road in Bel Air.

Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where the only sounds are the turning of pages and the whispers of imagination. Bring your favorite book or discover a new one from HCPL's collection. Each attendee will receive a commemorative HCPL bookmark!
