HD Hangout STL

This group is for young adults in their 20s–30s in the St. Louis area who are impacted by Huntington’s Disease — whether you're gene-positive, at risk, a caregiver, a partner, or supporting a loved one. If HD is part of your life, you’re welcome here.

HD Hangout STL is a space to connect with others who truly “get it.” Our goal is to build friendships, find support, and simply enjoy life together. This is a social, judgment-free community where you can show up as yourself.

We host monthly meetups throughout St. Louis — including coffee hangouts, park walks, game nights, outdoor activities, and other social outings. We rotate locations, times, and event types to make it easy for as many people as possible to join.

This group is not a medical or clinical support group — it’s a community. We focus on connection, fun, and shared experiences. HD can feel isolating, and our goal is to create a space where you don’t have to explain everything from scratch.
