What we’re about
Tired of weekends passing by without doing anything fun or fulfilling? Us too. That’s why we started Head Out Toronto, a group for adults who want to get outside, move their bodies, meet new people, and have fun!
We run events that bring people together through movement, connection, fresh air, and giving back to the community. We believe these are key to maintaining a happy and healthy mind.
Right now, we’re focused on casual, beginner-friendly, coed softball events.
Why softball?
– Men and women can play together
– It’s active but not overly physical
– You’re outdoors, getting fresh air
– It’s low pressure and easy to learn
– And most of all, it’s fun!
Upcoming Events:
– July 1: Learn to Play + Rec Game (Burlington)
– August 31: Flyover Game at Coronation Park (Toronto)
We’ll be playing right under the airshow on Labour Day weekend. The day includes a Learn to Play session for beginners and a Rec Tournament for more experienced players.
If you’re looking to move more, meet people, and feel better, come out to one of our events! Events have a small fee to help cover costs like permits, gear, and field rentals. We keep it simple, transparent, and affordable.
Get out of your head, and into the world.
