Hike - Mt Buse

Details

Hike Description: Buse Lake Provincial park is approximately 20 km southwest of Kamloops. The hike is up a trail that is more like a 4x4 track to a peak where you have a view of the Thompson basin. There is also a pinnacle that we can check out from there.
Distance: it is a 3km hike that can be done in under 2 hrs. Difficulty is listed as medium.
Where to go: We will meet at the PetroCan at the intersection of Hwy 1 and Dallas Drive, exit 384. From there we will follow each other up Barnhartvale rd to Robbins Range rd. and then 8 km further. Look for a red Toyota Tacoma. That will be us.🤗
Things to Know: Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear comfortable socks and hiking shoes/boots or shoes with good grip. Bring water and a snack.
