This is a group for over 65's who want to be/stay healthy! Exercise is the best medicine so let's have some fun, meet some new people, get some exercise, and have a coffee! All exercise will be safe for various levels of fitness and health conditions. For more information see headintofitness.com. When the weather is better, we can walk in the nearby parks and around the neighbourhood.
