Theatre Fun for All Ages

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST….This group is about a regularl (Sunday arvo) 2hrs group…bringing people of all ages together to connect, play, laugh & have some fully guided fun…
I believe CREATIVE EXPRESSION is definitely much needed food for the soul..
& we can certainly all use a good laugh 😆
Fully guided improvised activities …comedy, vocal, dance/movement, story telling, acting & even a bit of meditation to end on a very balanced note…
…mostly done in a big circle but a bit of smaller group work/pairs…it’s easy but challenging to allow oneself to let down one’s guards & go to with the flow …
