The Money Lab: How to Charge What You're Worth Without Fear
Details
Quick question.
Have you ever typed your real rate into a proposal…
stared at it for a moment…
and then quietly lowered the number before hitting send?
If so, you’re not alone.
And you’re not bad at business.
You know you should raise your rates.
You want to raise your rates.
And if you’re honest… you’ve probably known it for a while.
Maybe you’ve done the math.
You’ve seen what others in your field charge.
You’ve calculated what you actually need to earn.
The numbers make sense.
And yet.
Every time you get close to saying the number out loud, something happens.
A voice says:
- You're not experienced enough yet.
- Maybe after a few more clients.
- What if they say no?
- What if they say yes… and then expect more than I can deliver?
- What if they think I'm overcharging?
So the number shrinks.
You add extra services for free.
You soften the price.
You over-explain.
Or you avoid the conversation entirely.
Not because you lack skill.
But because your nervous system thinks this moment is dangerous.
And when your nervous system senses danger, it will always choose safety over income.

# Welcome to The Money Lab
In this workshop, we’re going to approach money conversations a little differently.
Instead of a lecture, we’ll treat this like a curious experiment.
Because pricing conversations tend to trigger some fascinating reactions in otherwise intelligent, capable, successful women.
Together we’ll explore:
• what’s actually happening in your body when someone asks, “What do you charge?”
• why pricing conversations trigger fear and self-doubt
• how to say your rate without apologizing, shrinking, or over-explaining
• what it takes to hold your price calmly and confidently
Along the way, we’ll run a few gentle “Money Lab” experiments together — noticing the patterns that show up when money enters the conversation.
Expect a few moments of laughter, recognition, and probably some:
“Oh wow… I do that too.”

# This workshop is for you if:
• You feel nervous when someone asks, “What do you charge?”
• You lower your price right before sending the proposal
• You add extra work for free just to feel more comfortable charging
• You've watched less experienced people charge more than you and wondered why it's so hard for you to do the same
• You're good at what you do — but something inside still hesitates when it's time to name your value
***
You don’t need to have your pricing figured out before you show up.
Come with the number you’ve been afraid to say out loud.
Come with the story you’ve been telling yourself about why you can’t charge more.
Come exactly as you are.
This is a no-judgment space where ambitious women can talk honestly about money — without shame, comparison, or pretending to have it all figured out.

# What to Expect
This is an interactive experience, not a lecture and not a sales training.
We're not covering negotiation scripts or pricing formulas.
We're going deeper than that — into the nervous system responses and subconscious beliefs that make pricing conversations feel so difficult.
Expect:
• body-based check-ins
• thoughtful reflection prompts
• real conversations with women navigating the exact same thing
• a few playful Money Lab experiments
• and a guided hypnotherapy-inspired experience to help your nervous system feel what it’s like to hold your worth without flinching
Because the goal isn’t just to raise your rates.
It’s to become the woman who doesn’t feel afraid when she says the number.

You don’t need to be ready to raise your rates yet.
Just come curious.
