We can put all of our intentions, blessings, prayers, for the best of what humanity is capable of -- love, joy, peace, consciousness, healing, blessing, expanded compassion and kindness -- into this meditation time and help usher in more light, to ourselves, our loved ones, our communities, our nations, our world.
