Family Sound Bath
A creative sound + movement experience for little ones & their grown-ups

Designed especially for toddlers through about age 6.

Each gathering follows the same gentle rhythm:

5 min — Welcome + Opening
A simple grounding activity, hello song, breath, or sensory introduction.

20 min — Movement or Making
Seasonal, playful activities involving movement, instruments, singing, artmaking, or creative play.

30 min — Sound + Settling
A family-friendly sound experience with crystal bowls, gentle percussion, voice, and other soothing sounds. Kids can lie down, snuggle with their grown-up, wiggle quietly, or simply listen.

5 min — Closing
A little ritual to transition back into the day.
