Join us for a 3-mile gratitude walk designed to refresh your spirit, center your heart, and remind you of the grace that has carried you through every season.

Inspired by John 5:8, where Jesus tells the man, “Pick up your mat and walk,” this experience is about honoring the journeys that have shaped us, recognizing God’s sustaining grace, and stepping forward with renewed hope and gratitude.

We will begin at Willow Fork Park at 10:30 AM with a brief time of prayer and a centering scripture before walking together through the beauty of nature, including scenic ponds, open trails, and a pollinator garden. Along the walk, you will be guided through personal reflection moments focused on gratitude, healing, endurance, and trusting God with the steps ahead. We will close with a time of connection and encouragement.
This is not about pace or performance. It is about presence, reflection, and leaving with your cup filled.

What to Bring:

• Optional journal or notes app for reflection
• Open heart and willingness to reflect
