This is a small, private weekly healing circle for women navigating divorce, separation, or emotional detachment after a breakup.
This gathering is for women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck replaying the past—and are ready for clarity, grounding, and emotional relief in a calm, supportive environment.
Each weekly session may include:
• Guided grounding and emotional release
• Gentle reflection and intention setting
• Supportive group energy in a safe space
• Tools to help you let go and feel more centered
This is not therapy and not a support group.
There is no pressure to share—listening is always welcome.
