Reiki-Infused Guided Meditation

Hey Soul Sisters,

I’m hosting a small Reiki-infused guided meditation at Power Yoga Hawaiʻi on March 14.
This will be a quiet space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect inward through meditation, energy healing, and breath.

We’re keeping the group intentionally small so everyone receives individual attention.
