About us
Through integrative methods, creative expression engages the understanding of the mind with psychology, science, body movement, and cultural wisdom, while honoring the inner spirit and symbolic exploration. Music, movement, and visual arts are combined into expressive practices that go beyond verbal communication alone.
Kinesthetic, sensory, perceptual, and symbolic opportunities invite alternative modes of expression and reception, opening new pathways for insight, reflection, and personal awareness. Visual and symbolic expression gives voice to experience and fosters creativity, balance, and renewed perspective. Participants co-create unique expressions each session, cultivating curiosity, inspiration, and a sense of connection.

Nervous System Regulation - Spirt Plants
Huddinge, Bultstigen 5, SEThis group Mindfull Arts session explores The Spirit of Plants as a pathway to reconnection: with nature, ancestral memory, and the living intelligence Kingdom that surrounds us. Plants are not merely botanical forms; they are carriers of healing, culture, and myth. Just as roots anchor a plant to the earth, this session invites participants to root themselves in observation, creativity, and shared wisdom. Through drawing, storytelling, and reflection, we reclaim our relationship with plants as teachers, healers, and companions.
## Session Structure
### Opening & Grounding (30 minutes)
The session begins with a welcoming circle and a guided meditation focused on breath and connection to the natural world. Participants are invited to imagine themselves as a plant—feeling their roots, sensing the soil, noticing the light that reaches them.
A moment of quiet observation follows, where each participant is given a plant (fresh, dried, or pictured) to study closely. Attention is brought to texture, scent, structure, and subtle details. This grounding creates a calm and receptive inner space, preparing for creative exploration.### Creative Exploration – Drawing the Plant & Its Wisdom (1 hour)
Participants will draw their chosen plant, focusing on its physical structure: roots, stem, leaves, flowers, seeds. The act of drawing becomes a mindful practice of deep seeing.
Alongside the image, participants are encouraged to reflect on and write about:- The plant’s healing properties
- Traditional remedies and “grandmothers’ methods” associated with it (teas, oils, poultices, rituals)
- The environments and cultures where the plant has been used
- Sharing myths, folklore, or symbolic meanings connected to it
This process invites participants to explore how land, climate, and culture shape our understanding of plants. Gentle music & fika will accompany the session, creating a nurturing and welcoming atmosphere. No artistic experience is required, only curiosity and openness.
### Reflection & Integration
The session concludes with space for sharing artwork, insights, ancestral memories, or personal reflections. Participants may speak about what surprised them, what stories resurfaced, or how their perception of the plant shifted.
The focus is on reclaiming understanding, seeing plants not only as resources, but as living presences intertwined shared with history, healing, and myth.
This session offers a grounded and reflective space to reconnect with the spirit of plants through creativity, cultural memory, and compassionate attention to the wisdom rooted in the natural world.***Group Art Therapy Sessions max 6pp ***

Guided Artistic Program – Anger
Huddinge, Bultstigen 5, SECreative expression is a powerful tool that enriches the lives of individuals, teams, and communities by engaging the mind, body, and spirit through art-making, mindful practice, and experiential exploration. Session 2: Anger
Shadow work: Shame
This group art therapy session explores anger as a vital and meaningful emotion—often suppressed, misunderstood, or held in the body. Rather than something to control or eliminate, anger is approached as a source of energy, information, and personal power. Through creative expression and mindful movement, participants are invited to bring what is hidden into awareness, give it form, and gently release what no longer needs to be held.
The session unfolds with care and flexibility, adapting to the needs of the group while honoring individual boundaries and rhythms.
Session Structure- Opening & Grounding (30 minutes)
The session begins with a welcoming circle and a guided meditation focused on safety and presence. Attention is brought to breath and bodily sensations, helping participants notice where anger may be stored or felt in the body. This phase creates a supportive and grounded space to approach strong emotions with awareness and curiosity. - Visual Expression & Embodied Awareness – Creative Process (1 hour)
Participants are guided into a visual art process using color, shape, and movement of the hand to express anger as energy rather than narrative. Through drawing or painting, anger is externalized, visualized, and explored without judgment.
Alongside the art-making, participants are invited to locate emotions in the body and connect them to physical sensation. This is followed by gentle, accessible yoga-based movements, supporting release, grounding, and reconnection with inner strength. No prior art or movement experience is required. Gentle music and a calm environment help maintain a sense of containment. - Reflection & Integration (30 minutes)
In the final phase, participants are invited to observe their artwork and bodily experience, noticing shifts in sensation, emotion, or awareness. Sharing may take place within the group or privately with the facilitator, depending on individual comfort. The focus remains on personal insight, embodied experience, and self-regulation rather than interpretation.
This session offers a safe space to meet Anger with presence and respect—allowing suppressed emotions to surface, be expressed, and gradually transformed through creativity, movement, and awareness.
