About us
This isn’t a creative lab! Is not simply a space for artistic experimentation. It is a guided mindfulness-based practice that integrates multiple art forms with a holistic understanding of the brain–body connection, carefully designed to expand awareness and support personal renewal. Coming from the world of design and visual communication, I bridge aesthetics and psychology, form and feeling. I love to create intentional spaces where symbolism becomes a mirror, creativity becomes dialogue, and participants can safely explore, recalibrate, and reconnect with their authentic rhythm.

Guided Artistic Program – Anger
Huddinge, Bultstigen 5, SE### Session Structure
Shadow Work: Shame
1. Opening & Grounding (30 min)
- Welcome circle and guided meditation.
- Focus on safety, presence, breath, and bodily sensations.
- Notice where anger is felt or stored in the body.
2. Visual Expression & Embodied Awareness (1 hr)
- Guided visual art process using color, shape, and hand movement to express anger.
- Externalize, visualize, and explore emotions without judgment.
- Connect emotions to bodily sensations.
- Gentle, accessible yoga-based movements to release, ground, and reconnect with inner strength.
- Supported by calm music and environment.
- No prior art or movement experience required.
3. Reflection & Integration (30 min)
- Observe artwork and bodily experience, noticing shifts in emotion or awareness.
- Optional sharing in group or privately with facilitator.
- Focus on personal insight, embodied experience, and self-regulation.

- All materials provided + Fika.
- You are welcome to bring your own diary, sketchbook, or personal art materials.
- This session is sustained through voluntary offerings. You are welcome to contribute according to your personal capacity, supporting the continuation of this work.
