  • Welcome circle and guided meditation.
  • Focus on breath and connection to the natural world.
  • Visualization: imagine yourself as a plant — sensing roots, soil, and light.
  • Quiet observation of a provided plant (fresh, dried, or pictured).
  • Attention to texture, scent, structure, and subtle details.

2. Creative Exploration – Drawing & Reflection (1 hr)

  • Draw the plant, focusing on roots, stem, leaves, flowers, and seeds.
  • Reflect and write about:
  • Healing properties and traditional remedies
  • Cultural and ancestral uses
  • Symbolic or mythological meanings
  • Explore how land, climate, and culture shape understanding of plants.
  • Gentle music and fika create a nurturing, welcoming environment.
  • No artistic experience required — curiosity and openness are enough.

3. Reflection & Integration

  • Space to share artwork, insights, or personal reflections.
  • Optional discussion of stories, surprises, or shifts in perception.
  • Emphasis on reclaiming understanding of plants as living presences intertwined with history, healing, and myth.

  • All materials provided + Fika.
  • You are welcome to bring your own diary, sketchbook, or personal art materials.
  • This session is sustained through voluntary offerings. You are welcome to contribute according to your personal capacity, supporting the continuation of this work.
