Featuring Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance Holistic Wellness Therapy who will guide you through a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation, gentle breathwork, and an expansive sound bath experience with singing bowls, gong, tingsha, and drum while channeling Reiki energy to participants. This journey invites the nervous system to unwind and the spirit to soften.
As the body relaxes into resonance, attendees may opt receive an optional supportive acupuncture session, for a small additional fee, offered in harmony with the sound healing. This gentle pairing amplifies the body’s natural healing response, enhancing Qi circulation and emotional release.
