This beginner‑friendly class teaches you how to channel universal life‑force energy for self‑healing, emotional support, and an overall sense of well‑being. This small group class setting is perfect for beginners, individuals seeking healing or spiritual growth, teachers, yoga instructors, wellness practitioners, medical and mental‑health professionals, and anyone drawn to energy work or intuition. All are welcome.

Fee: $190.00 Saturday Class Session
