The Experience: You are invited into a sacred outdoor experience overlooking the tranquil lake — a nature‑rooted experience where breath becomes medicine and vibration becomes a portal to healing. Surrounded by fresh air, gentle breeze, and the grounding presence of water, this immersive gathering offers deep restoration for body, mind, and spirit. Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance Holistic Wellness Therapy will guide you through a nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation, gentle breathwork, and an expansive lakeside sound bath featuring singing bowls, gong, tingsha, and drum supported by her live vocal tones and melodic voice transmissions, as Lisa channels Reiki energy to participants, the natural environment becomes part of the healing field — supporting nervous system release, emotional softening, and inner spaciousness. As the body relaxes into resonance, attendees may choose to receive an optional supportive acupuncture session (offered for a small additional fee). This gentle pairing enhances Qi circulation, deepens energetic alignment, and harmonizes beautifully with the outdoor sound healing experience.
