About us
Hi, I’m Natalie. 🤍
A few years ago, my body completely forced me to slow down.
After a lifetime of stress, anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional suppression, and constantly pushing through, I reached a point where I could no longer live disconnected from myself and my body.
What started as a healing journey slowly became a coming home to myself.
Along the way, I began learning how deeply our nervous systems, emotions, bodies, and life experiences are all connected. Especially for those of us who grew up around dysfunction, emotional neglect, chronic stress, or unhealthy family dynamics.
This group was created to be a soft place to land.
A place where you can be yourself.
Where you can feel supported, understood, and part of a community.
A place to remember that you are not alone in your healing journey.
A place where you can exhale a little.
Reconnect with yourself.
Learn to listen to your body.
Feel supported.
And begin creating a more loving and connected relationship between your mind and body, where both are learning to listen to, support, and work with one another instead of against each other.
Some gatherings are quiet and restorative.
Some are reflective and emotional.
Some are uplifting, inspiring, and deeply reconnecting.
But all gatherings are created with the intention of helping you feel a little safer, softer, more connected, and more at home within yourself.
I’m really glad you’re here. 🤍

A Note from Natalie
I’m Natalie - a Somatic Healing & Embodiment Coach. I am a Certified Somatic Mind-Body & Somatic Integration Practitioner. I am also a Certified Yoga Therapist, and hold an MA in Psychology. But more importantly, I’m a deeply sensitive woman who spent most of my life carrying emotional weight that wasn’t mine.
I’m no longer performing, fixing, or twisting myself to be loved, and I hold this space so you don’t have to either.
This is a sacred place to slow down, listen inward, and honor your healing as the brave, layered journey that it is.

Come As You Are: A Somatic Rest in Community
·OnlineOnlineSo much of healing can feel like something we have to do on our own.
This is a space where you don’t have to do that.
You don’t have to be in a certain state to join.
You don’t have to feel calm, grounded, or “ready.”
You’re welcome exactly as you are.Together, we’ll:
- listen to calming music to soothe the nervous system
- drop into the body through soft somatic guidance
- allow space for whatever is present… without needing to change it
There’s nothing to work on here.
Nothing to figure out.
Nothing to process.Just a space to be…
alongside others who are also showing up as they are. There’s no pressure to share.
No expectation to participate in a certain way.
You can simply come, be here, and take what you need.Led by: Natalie Bussell

Is Gratitude Overrated? A 28-Day Live Experiment
·OnlineOnlineI’ve decided to try a little experiment...
The Magic by Rhonda Byrne, is a book that makes some pretty bold claims about gratitude completely changing your life.
Honestly? I’m skeptical. 😂
But I’m also curious enough to try.
So for the next 28 days, I’ll be exploring the daily gratitude exercises from the book in real time — and I mean REAL time.
I have not practiced the exercises ahead of time, and I have no idea what’s going to happen.
Who's with me?!?
This is NOT a book club, and you do NOT need to purchase the book.
In our first gathering, I'll go over the experiment details, we'll get started with creating our foundational work, and then complete the first gratitude practice.
Then, I’ll explain how we'll connect from here over the next 27 days (what!?!). I'm planning on hosting quick 10-15 minute daily livestreams around noon EST.
If you can't join live or if you miss a day, no worries -replays will be available on YouTube, so you can always jump back in.
Will we notice a shift?
Will gratitude completely change our lives?
Is gratitude overrated?I genuinely don’t know yet. Let’s find out together. 🤍

Healing Hypervigilance: A Somatic Healing Experience
·OnlineOnlineDo you find yourself locating exists in a restaurant, scanning the room for potential threats, or rereading text messages searching for hidden meaning?
Or maybe you over-analyze conversations, think everyone is mad at you, or you get startled easily?
These are all common behaviors of hypervigilance. For many of us, hypervigilance began as a survival response from childhood trauma or anxiety.
The body learned to stay alert in order to feel safe.
In this somatic healing experience, we’ll gently explore what hypervigilance feels like in the body, start to bring awareness where hypervigilance shows up in everyday life, and allow it to soften.
What to Expect
To get the most out of this experience, it is recommended to lie down, get comfortable, use headphones or earbuds, close your eyes, and let yourself immerse in the experience.- Gentle music to soothe the nervous system
- Somatic guided body scan and somatic inquiry
- A calm and regulating atmosphere
What You May Experience
- A shift into the parasympathetic system (rest & digest)
- A reconnection with safety in the body
- A sense of being in the present moment and self-trust
You do not need to perform, fix, or figure anything out here.
No experience necessary. Just a willingness to experience something new.
