### About the Session

Take a gentle mid-week pause to rest, release, and reconnect with your body. In this guided meditation, we’ll move slowly through a full-body relaxation, starting at the toes and working up, inviting each area of the body to soften and let go.
This practice is somatic and trauma-informed—always choice-based, safe, and supportive.

### What to Expect

  • A few moments to settle in with your breath
  • A guided, full-body relaxation meditation
  • About 5 minutes of silence for stillness and integration
  • Optional reflection or sharing time at the end

### What You’ll Leave With

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system
  • Less physical tension and mental clutter
  • A sense of peace and grounding you can carry into your week

### What to Bring

  • A quiet space where you can fully relax
  • A chair, couch, or bed — whatever feels most supportive
  • A blanket or pillow for extra comfort
  • A journal and pen (optional) for reflections
