### About the Session
Take a gentle mid-week pause to rest, release, and reconnect with your body. In this guided meditation, we’ll move slowly through a full-body relaxation, starting at the toes and working up, inviting each area of the body to soften and let go.
This practice is somatic and trauma-informed—always choice-based, safe, and supportive.

- A guided, full-body relaxation meditation
- About 5 minutes of silence for stillness and integration
- Optional reflection or sharing time at the end
