Many of us who grew up in dysfunctional or chaotic families learned how to survive by staying on guard—always bracing for the next shift, the next silence, the next storm. Over time, our bodies can forget what safety feels like.

This 30-minute mini healing circle is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body and begin creating a sense of safety from the inside out. When the body feels safe, it shifts out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-receive—the state where true healing can begin.

### What to Expect

  • A short grounding breath practice
  • A guided body awareness meditation with compassionate “body talk”
  • A few minutes of stillness for integration
  • Optional reflection/journaling

This is not about fixing or analyzing—it’s about giving your body and heart a safe space to rest and recalibrate. You don’t need prior experience, just curiosity and openness.
