# Yoga Nidra: Rejuvenation

Join me for a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice designed to gently restore your body, mind, and spirit. This session, titled Rejuvenation, will guide you into a state of relaxation where healing and renewal naturally unfold.

We’ll begin with a few gentle seated stretches and breathing to prepare the body, followed by a short practice of Prana Mudra—a simple yet powerful hand gesture that helps awaken and balance your inner energy.

Then, you’ll be guided through a 15-minute Yoga Nidra meditation, a restful journey that allows your body to relax completely while your mind hovers in a peaceful state between waking and sleep.

This practice supports:

  • Deep nervous system regulation
  • Restored vitality and inner clarity
  • Stress release and emotional balance

No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed—just come as you are. You’ll leave feeling rested, refreshed, and gently renewed.
