TGIF: The Medicine of Gratitude
Friday Evenings | 7:00–8:00 PM

End your week on a high note with this restorative space for gratitude. Gratitude is more than just a positive thought—it’s a healing medicine for the body, mind, and heart. Together, we’ll create a safe, uplifting space to pause, reflect, and celebrate life’s gifts, both big and small.

What to expect:

  • A guided Gratitude Meditation to center and open the heart
  • Quiet time for journaling or reflection
  • Group sharing of what we’re thankful for this week
  • A rotating gratitude activity such as:
  • Show & Tell (share an object, photo, or story that brings joy)
  • Letter of Gratitude (write to someone who’s touched your life)
  • Gratitude Games (playful ways to spark appreciation and laughter)

This is a space to shift from stress into appreciation, to remember what’s good and nourishing, and to connect with others who value the healing power of gratitude.

### CAUTION ⚠️

Practicing gratitude has been known to cause side effects such as:

  • Increased happiness & enhanced emotional well-being
  • A natural shift from focusing on the negative to noticing the positive
  • Greater resilience during life’s challenges
  • Stronger relationships & deeper social bonds
  • Improved sleep, reduced stress, and greater life satisfaction
