Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in your head — anxious, overthinking, or numb — and you just want to come home to yourself?

This gentle, 45-minute circle is for those who long to reconnect with their body in a safe, quiet, and supportive space. Together, we’ll explore simple, guided somatic practices like breath awareness, fascia sensing, and nervous system grounding — all offered at a slow, trauma-informed pace.

This is not a performance or a workout. There’s nothing to fix or force.
Just space to feel, listen, and be.

You’ll be invited into:

  • Gentle body-led breath
  • Fascia awareness (what your tissues might be holding)
  • Safe, guided stillness
  • Optional reflection or silence

Whether you're brand new to somatic healing or just craving a deeper sense of internal safety and presence — you're welcome here.
