Exploring Self-Love in the Body
Note: This is an experiential practice. In this session you’ll be gently guided into body-based techniques to feel, acknowledge, and release stored emotions.
Description:
Many of us who grew up in dysfunctional or emotionally immature families never learned how to truly love ourselves. We were taught—often unconsciously—to sacrifice our needs, silence our feelings, and prioritize others’ comfort over our own.
In this gentle, body-based healing circle, we’ll begin to explore what it feels like to turn that love inward. Together, we’ll create a safe space to slow down, listen to our bodies, and rediscover the quiet language of self-love.
Through guided somatic awareness, grounding, gentle affirmations, and reflection, you’ll learn to sense:
- What happens in your body when you ask, “Do I love myself?”
- How self-love feels physically, emotionally, and energetically
- What your body most needs to hear from you right now
This is a soft, nurturing session—perfect for anyone ready to rebuild a loving relationship with their own body and spirit. No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are, and let your body lead.
What to Expect:
- Grounding and body awareness practice
- Somatic exploration and gentle guidance
