A safe space for men to reconnect with their bodies and release what’s been held inside

Description:
In our culture, men are rarely given permission to feel deeply, express emotion, or release the weight they carry. Many have been taught to stay strong, stay silent, and keep moving forward—no matter what it costs inside.

This somatic healing circle offers men a different experience. It’s a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen to what it’s been trying to say. Together, we’ll explore how to create safety within the body, release trapped emotions, and begin to restore peace where there’s been tension or pain.

Through guided somatic awareness, body-based inquiry, gentle affirmations, and reflection, you’ll learn to:

  • Notice what your body is holding beneath the surface
  • Identify sensations connected to stress, emotion, or exhaustion
  • Discover what your body needs to feel safe and supported
  • Practice simple ways to bring calm and connection back to yourself

This is a calm, non-judgmental space where nothing needs to be fixed or performed. You are simply invited to listen, breathe, and notice.

What to Expect:

  • Opening grounding and breathwork
  • Guided somatic exploration
  • Gentle “Body Talk” and affirmations
  • Optional journaling and reflection
  • Time for optional group sharing and closing integration

What to Bring:

  • A quiet, comfortable space
  • Journal and pen (optional)
  • Water or tea
  • An open mind and willingness to listen inwardly
