Join me, Natalie (Healing & Embodiment Coach), for a 45-minute guided somatic practice designed to help you return to your body’s natural sense of safety, stability, and belonging.

This session blends breath, gentle movement, and body awareness to awaken and balance the Root Chakra your energetic foundation for feeling grounded and supported in life.

Through slow, mindful presence, you’ll learn to experience safety not just as a concept, but as a felt sense within your body.

Why the Root Chakra
When the root chakra is balanced, we feel calm, centered, and connected to life. When it’s imbalanced, we may notice anxiety, instability, or disconnection from the body. This session helps you gently restore that foundation of trust within yourself.

Who This is For
No experience needed. This space is trauma-informed, self-paced, and guided with compassion. You are encouraged to participate in the ways that feel safest and most supportive for your body.
