The holidays can bring up a lot — memories, longing, loneliness, old family patterns, or simply the ache of what once was.

Grief doesn't always show up as tears. Sometimes it shows up as exhaustion, tightness in the chest, heaviness in the body, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

This circle is a soft place to land.

Join me for an evening of slowing down, coming home to your body, and giving yourself permission to feel supported as you move through whatever grief is present for you — past, present, or unnamed.

What to Expect

  • gentle grounding to settle your nervous system
  • a guided body-awareness practice to help you notice where grief lives in your body
  • a somatic teaching on how grief impacts the fascia, breath, and energy system
  • reflective journaling to give your emotions space
  • a soft letting-go practice (no forcing, no pressure)
  • a soothing body-talk script to bring comfort into the places that feel tender

You don’t need to share anything unless you want to.
You don’t need to have the “right” kind of grief.
You simply get to arrive exactly as you are.
