A Somatic Journey into Reclaiming Your Authentic Self.

Many of us learned to survive by becoming small.

We fawned:
we stayed agreeable, quiet, pleasing, careful…
we carried everyone else’s emotions…
we protected others at the cost of ourselves…
we disappeared just enough to feel safe.

This response isn’t weakness — it is the body’s brilliant adaptation to emotional danger.

But as adults, fawning keeps us from our truth, our voice, and our sense of worth.

This circle is a gentle, body-based space to meet the parts of you that learned to keep the peace — and begin releasing the pressure to disappear.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How the fawn response lives in the body
  • Why your nervous system learned to disappear
  • How to reconnect with the parts of you that had to stay small
  • How to soften the instinct to over-please or shrink
  • How to return to your grounded, embodied self

You’ll be guided through grounding, body awareness, somatic inquiry, a releasing visualization, and a loving Body Talk script to support the part of you that learned to fawn. We will close with optional journaling and gentle sharing for anyone who feels called.

This is a trauma-informed space.
Nothing needs to be forced.
Your healing unfolds at the pace of your body.

If you’ve ever felt like you disappear in relationships…
If you’ve ever struggled to say “no” or hold a boundary…
If you’ve ever felt responsible for keeping everyone else regulated…
If you’re done abandoning yourself to stay safe…

This circle is for you.
