This session is presented as a live stream, offering a gentle, low-demand way to explore somatic healing.

Do you find yourself overthinking texts, waiting for replies, needing reassurance, or feeling a surge of panic when connection feels uncertain?

Anxious attachment is a nervous system pattern shaped by early relational experiences. And it lives in the body.

In this experiential Healing Circle, we’ll gently explore how anxious attachment shows up somatically; in thoughts, sensations, impulses, and emotional waves, and learn how to bring regulation and safety back into the body.

This is not a lecture.
This is a guided, embodied experience.

You’ll be led through:
• A grounding arrival practice
• Nervous system teaching
• A guided somatic awareness exercise
• Reflection prompts to map your patterns
• A gentle regulation sequence to create internal safety

You’ll leave with:
• A deeper understanding of your attachment responses
• Tools to calm activation in real time
• A more compassionate relationship with your nervous system

This is a safe space. No fixing. Just awareness, regulation, and integration.

If anxious attachment has felt overwhelming, confusing, or exhausting — this circle is an invitation to slow down and meet it in the body.

A Gentle Next Step
For those who find this topic resonates deeply, this session serves as a gentle introduction to a deeper, small-group workshop I offer called:
Healing the Fawn Response: From Self Abandonment to Choice

Anxious attachment is a characteristic of a larger nervous system response called the Fawn Response. This workshop is a somatic approach to understanding the Fawn Response and restoring agency from the inside out.
