This session is presented as a live stream, offering a gentle, low-demand way to explore somatic healing.

Have you ever agreed to something while your body quietly said no?
Maybe you felt a tightness in your chest, a sinking in your belly, or a heaviness afterward — even though the words “yes” came out automatically.

This experience isn’t a lack of boundaries or confidence.
It’s often a nervous system pattern that formed early on, when staying agreeable, available, or easy felt safer than saying no.

In this body-based healing circle, we’ll gently explore this pattern through the body, not through self-judgment or forcing change.

What This Session Is About
This session offers a somatic (body-based) approach to understanding:

  • why the body may signal “no” while the mouth says “yes”
  • how people-pleasing and over-agreement are nervous system responses
  • where misalignment shows up physically (throat, chest, belly, nervous system)
  • how to begin listening to the body without needing to act or confront

This is not about fixing yourself, learning scripts, or pushing boundaries.
It’s about recognition, safety, and awareness — the foundation for any real change.

What to Expect
This is a slow, trauma-informed, and invitational space.
We’ll move through:

  • gentle grounding and a body scan
  • somatic teaching about people-pleasing and nervous system safety
  • guided awareness practices to notice internal “yes” and “no” signals
  • optional journaling and reflection

Who Is This For
This circle may resonate if you:

  • say yes automatically, then feel resentment or exhaustion later
  • struggle with guilt when you imagine disappointing others
  • avoid conflict even when something feels wrong
  • feel responsible for others’ comfort or emotions
  • want to understand boundaries from the inside out

You don’t need prior somatic experience to attend.

A Gentle Next Step
For those who find this topic resonates deeply, this session serves as a gentle introduction to a deeper, small-group workshop I offer called:
Why Conflict Is So Hard for People Pleasers
A body-based exploration of voice, boundaries, and nervous system safety. There is no pressure — just an invitation, if and when it feels right.

Come as you are.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to fix.
Just an opportunity to listen to what your body has been trying to say.
