You’ve started to notice what your body is telling you…
but what happens when it’s time to respond?
In real life, honoring a boundary doesn’t always look like a clear conversation or perfectly chosen words.
Sometimes it looks like:
- ending a conversation earlier than you normally would
- stepping away from something that doesn’t feel right
- not responding right away
- leaving a call or creating space when you need it
And in those moments… it can feel uncomfortable.
Even when you know it is best for you, it can be hard to follow through.
In this somatic healing circle, we’ll gently explore what it means to honor your boundaries in real time—not perfectly, but honestly.
Together, we’ll practice:
- staying connected to your body in the moment
- recognizing when something doesn’t feel right
- allowing yourself to respond in ways that support your nervous system
- choosing yourself… in small, real-life ways
This is not about getting it right or forcing yourself to act.
It’s about learning how to follow through on what you feel…
with awareness, compassion, and choice.
You don’t have to override yourself.
You don’t have to stay when something feels off.
You can begin to trust what your body is telling you…
and respond in a way that supports you.
