And it’s not something you need to fix.
It’s something you can learn to work with.
In this session, we’ll explore a simple, body-based way to:
*bring your attention and energy back to yourself
- stay grounded while interacting with other people
*and move through your day without absorbing everything around you
You'll be guided through a gentle somatic experience where you can feel the difference between:
being pulled outward vs. being rooted in yourself
This is not about shutting down, blocking people out, or building walls.
It’s about learning how to:
- stay with yourself
*listen and connect without merging - and return to yourself when you notice you’ve drifted
What to expect:
*a guided body-based practice
- simple tools you can use in real-life conversations
*space to notice what shifts when your energy stays with you - optional journaling and reflection
You don’t need to believe in anything specific for this to work.
Just come as you are… and notice your experience.
