So much of healing can feel like something we have to do on our own.

This is a space where you don’t have to do that.

You don’t have to be in a certain state to join.
You don’t have to feel calm, grounded, or “ready.”
You’re welcome exactly as you are.

Together, we’ll:

  • listen to calming music to soothe the nervous system
  • drop into the body through soft somatic guidance
  • allow space for whatever is present… without needing to change it

There’s nothing to work on here.
Nothing to figure out.
Nothing to process.

Just a space to be…
alongside others who are also showing up as they are.

There’s no pressure to share.
No expectation to participate in a certain way.
You can simply come, be here, and take what you need.
