The parts that were told to stay small, fit in, be practical, be careful, or not take up too much space.
This Friday night, I simply want to create a gentle space for those parts of us to breathe a little.
Bring your journal, a cozy drink, blankets, candles, art supplies, or simply yourself.
We’ll spend an hour slowing down together through gentle reflection, calming music, journaling prompts, creativity, self-expression, and quiet community.
No pressure to share.
No pressure to perform.
Just space to listen to what’s alive inside you.
Maybe there are dreams inside you waiting to be acknowledged.
Maybe there are parts of you longing to emerge.
Maybe you simply need rest, gentleness, or a place to exhale.
