In these 5 days we will be diving into a powerful, playful, and transformative experience in a private, intimate Facebook group space we’ve collectively named:

This is your invitation to reconnect with your inner voice, tune into your soul’s wisdom, and celebrate the full expression of who you are, with joy, depth, and gentle challenge.

✨ 💖 What to Expect:
Each day, you’ll receive over email, and in a private FB group:

✅ A short video from me explaining the theme of the day
✅ A journaling prompt
✅ A reflection invitation (as a BONUS sometime would be accompanied with a short relaxation and meditation voice recording by me, cool right? :))
✅ A daily dare for you to share your response to (via a post, an audio recording, or a video, your choice, your comfort level)

REMEMBER: you can do as little or as much of the above à you feel comfortable… this is a safe private space for you to dive into self-discovery and reconnect with your inner being!

On day 5, Friday July 4th, will be our celebration circle, a chance to gather live, reflect on the experience, share your highlights, and give feedback for what you’d love to see included next time. 🎉
