IT'S ALL ABOUT COMMUNICATION FOLKS!

Hi everyone this is the first of a series of workshops on Group Dialogue & TA (Transaction Analysis Psychotherapy). I'll be combining 2 groups the (Healing Communication & The Relationship Group)

This workshop will be held at my new premises. It's a new beginning folks and I'm excited 😃 I'm really looking forward to connecting and discussing some key tools in communication that I hope will help people to develop better, healthier and meaningful ways of communicating with others. During each workshop I focus on a particular theme or TA book.

The focus of this months workshop is Claude Steiner's innovative work on 'stroke economy' (1974). Please read the book if you get chance! In this creative and experiential workshop we'll be looking at different 'levels of communication' and techniques of giving and receiving 'strokes' (units of human recognition) which often aids individual healing and opens channels of communication between yourself and others.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to:

• Improve interpersonal communication skills with their colleagues/ friends/family or partner.

• Understand and clear blocks in communication with others.

• Developing protective strategies in 'not OK' stroke exchanges with others.

• Improve communication techniques

• BE TRULY SEEN. - Ask for what you truly want & need in a healthy way.

• Be apart of a creative, OK, healing environment.

• Network with fellow Psychotherapist/Counsellors and practitioners in the field.

• Be creative & have fun!
