Join me for a 75-minute Yin & Yang Yoga session designed to bring harmony between stillness and movement.
Today, we move with the New Moon in Libra, a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your own sense of balance. 🌿
It’s a time to notice what pulls you off-center and to soften into awareness rather than rush to fix.
We begin in the quiet depths of Yin, holding postures while the body is still cool, allowing the connective tissues to gently open and the mind to settle. From there, we gradually awaken the energy through gentle Yang sequences that build warmth, flow, and strength.
We’ll explore balancing poses, beginning in stillness and then meeting the trembles that come with finding equilibrium. It’s a practice of calming the mind while the body searches for steadiness, something we can carry into daily life.
This journey invites you to explore both surrender and activation, to move with awareness and to listen to what your body truly needs in each moment.
Yoga mats are available at the studio, so if you don’t have one, you’re welcome to use one of ours freely.
This class is open to all levels and welcomes anyone seeking balance, grounding yet energizing, strengthening yet deeply restorative.
