Journey into the Heart (1 day retreat)

## A one-day retreat dedicated to our hearts

​Come explore in group what it means to open your heart, experience deep connection and let everything dissolve in the unified field of love.

When? On Sunday 20th, July from 10am to 16pm.

Where? At the beautiful Meditation House Porto.
​
Program: In the morning we will start with practices designed to help us open our hearts and let the energy flow from this deep centeredness.
This will involve:
🌟 a cacao ceremony
🌟 a heart opening meditation
🌟 some movement & somatic practices
🌟 a time for inner journeying and healing what is ready to be held.
In the afternoon, the group will come together and we will explore presencing our open-hearted selves in community through:

🌟 some group practices
🌟 and a time for integration.

Price: 88€ for one person or 160€ for 2.

Catering: Food is not provided for lunch. You are welcome to bring your own meal. There is a kitchen and a dining area as well as a beautiful garden accessible on the premises.
