Reclaim Your Life from the Inside Out After Narcissistic Abuse with KI

I am a certified mentor in the Kiloby Inquiries (kiloby.com). Each week, I will share emotional repression/ somatic inquiry processing tools. This work is experiential and it completely changed my life. It was a big part of my recovery from narcissistic abuse and adverse childhood experiences. However, it is not only great for this type of recovery: it has also helped many people (including myself) with compulsions, addictions, toxic relationship patterns, disease, chronic pain, triggers and shadows. I teach folks these tools in order to support them on their transformational journey toward embodied freedom and manifesting the life that you want.
Science confirms that emotional repression is the cause of most of our suffering. With consistent practice of these somatic processing tools, we transform our suffering into the gold it is meant to be. This group is for those seeking relief from narcissistic abuse and sabotaging patterns. And, for those seeking spiritual growth, to understand themselves on a deeper level, and to find the embodied freedom and authenticity that comes from bringing "on-line" the emotions that have been buried for a lifetime.
Join me for guided meditations as well as learn how to become skillful with self-facilitation using somatic inquiry processing. This group is a meant to be a safe place in which we can support each other by way of using our suffering as a springboard into embodied freedom, liberation and flow.
