I’m a certified mentor in the **Kiloby Inquiries**, a powerful somatic approach to uncovering and releasing emotional repression. Each week, I share experiential tools that invite you to meet what’s stored in the body with presence and compassion—allowing real healing and integration to unfold.

This work was a cornerstone of my own recovery from narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma. Over time, it has also helped me—and many others—heal patterns of compulsion, addiction, chronic pain, illness, and self-sabotage. These simple yet profound tools support you in moving from survival to **embodied freedom** and in creating the life your heart truly wants to live.

Science now confirms what many of us have felt: **unprocessed emotions are at the root of most of our suffering.** By learning how to safely feel and process what has been buried, we turn our pain into wisdom—transforming our wounds into gateways for growth, authenticity, and peace.
