Joshua Stoddard is returning to us on Saturday, January 25th for a Sound Bath for Trauma Survivors. Joshua s a grammy nominated sound healing artist. Find him on spotify, insight timer, and youtube.

Bring your blankets and pillows and curl up on the floor as we dim the lights. You'll bathe in calming music and learn about sound healing as a way to connect yourself and support your healing. Learn to connect to your body and find peacefulness and ease.

Joshua creates each sound meditation with the intention of providing a calming experience to leave you feeling centered and recharged. His angelic soundscapes are created through a stream of consciousness process using voice, quartz crystal sound bowls, guitar, and shruti box.
