What we’re about

Hello beautiful ones!

Welcome to your sacred healing space!

I started this group to support people who are recovery from addictions, and working in the sex industry. Its all about learning how to be there for ourselves and getting to know our authentic selves instead of being what others want us to be.

We become addicted of getting validation from others through attention, money, gifts, likes, subscribers, followers, etc. etc. It gives us a rush and we feel powerful. The problem is that we tie up our self worth into how people respond to us. Some of us bend ourselves out of shape to please others: we become chameleons, we over excercise, we develop disordered eating, we get addicted to plastic surgery.

This is ultimately a weekly mentoring and support group.

For many of us, addiction and trauma disconnected us from our bodies—from our sense of safety, worth, and pleasure. In addition, many of us have never had the chance to explore our true selves in a safe and affirming way.

In this group we will learn tools you can practice at home that will help you heal from addictions, build acceptance, forgiveness, kindness and empathy for yourself and re-build self esteem. We will learn to let go of denial and shame, all through a supportive community of like hearted women. We will encourage peer accountability, relapse prevention, and rebuilding relationships for a purposeful life.

Our weekly online classes are all about creating a community of adventurous, spiritually curious women who are interested in creating major transformation in their lives.

The classes are a safe, judgment-free and uplifting space for women to self discover, heal, grow and to get in touch with their deeper purpose. We want to champion you to be the best version of yourself you can be. We want to see you face and overcome your fears in order to bring a more grounded, real, wise and authentic self to life.
