Hi, I’m Barbie Haven—Certified Life Coach and founder of Desired Lives Wellness here in Spokane.

This monthly gathering is for women navigating life alongside a loved one’s addiction. Whether you’re living with it, recovering from it, or grew up around it—this is a space for you.

The Healing & Growth Circle is a coaching-based support community and an empowering alternative to traditional groups, such as Al-Anon. Together, we explore boundaries, emotional regulation, and personal growth, with tools and conversation that go deeper than just venting.
