Autumn Glow Candlelight Sound Bath
Details
As the evenings grow darker and the season begins to slow down, you're invited to step away from the noise and take a moment just for yourself.
Autumn Glow: Candlelight Sound Bath is a cosy evening experience surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight, warm autumnal tones and the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other calming sounds.
Lie back on your mat, get comfortable and allow the sounds to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and stillness.
This is your opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself — leaving behind the busyness of everyday life and simply being present.
