What we’re about
Do you sometimes wish for honest connection and a sense of belonging in a big city? This group is a space for letting go, opening up, sharing, and relating. Here we connect through mindful exercises and meaningful questions—supporting each other and exploring what community healing can feel like. Come as you are. You are welcome to be carried, and to carry others. No pressure—just openness, kindness, and authentic encounters. Everyone is welcome!

FLINTA* ONLY (for now)
Welcome to a space for connection, letting go, sharing, and gentle community healing!
We gather to practice being human—together and without judgment. Through mindful, playful exercises and meaningful conversations, we create moments where you can open up, feel seen, and realize you’re not alone with your struggles, strengths, or quirks. Here, you can show up exactly as you are and bring whatever helps you feel safe and cozy.
What to Expect
To give you a sense of what we’ll be doing:
- Easy Start: We’ll settle in, say hi, and give everyone time to arrive at their own pace.
- Setting the Vibe: I’ll share what this space is about, and together we’ll choose a couple of basic guidelines so everyone feels comfortable.
- Getting Acquainted: We’ll do a relaxed name game and a simple activity to loosen things up and help everyone feel included.
- Real Conversations: In pairs or small groups, we’ll talk about questions that go a little deeper than small talk—always at your own comfort level.
- Group Sharing: In a circle, there’s a chance (only if you want) to speak a wish, a need, or just something you’d like others to know, and be listened to—no advice, just presence.
- Winding Down: We’ll end with a short check-out, maybe a round of gratitude or sharing a thought you’re taking home. After, you’re welcome to stay and chat.
We’ll take a break halfway so you can stretch, breathe, or just have a moment for yourself.
Everything is invitation, not obligation—join in as much or as little as feels right.
Why FLINTA only?*
For now, this space is for FLINTA* people (women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender people). The reason is that, in our society, a lot of emotional well-being, support, and care work is carried (often invisibly) by people from these groups. Many of us are shaped by gendered expectations or by experiences of discrimination—often without having a space where we can truly let go, be vulnerable, and support each other.
This event aims to offer such a safe and supportive space—at least for a while—where we can just be ourselves, share, and recharge.
If you are not FLINTA*, please do not attend this event. I understand that it can be confusing or disappointing if you’d like to join, and I appreciate your openness. If you‘re curious or would like to be part of a mixed group, please send me a message! I’m open to organizing open events in the future if there’s interest.
Sometimes the people who do the most caring for others need moments to be cared for themselves.
Accessibility
If you live with a disability or have any needs for participation, please DM me! I will do my best to adapt the setting so you feel comfortable and included.
Language
The event will be held in English. If you’d like to bring a friend who doesn’t speak English, they are more than welcome as long as you can translate for them. Please let me know ahead of time if you’re bringing someone.
What to Bring
- Water (or any source of hydration you enjoy)
- Snacks (especially if you have allergies)
- Cuddle toys or anything that helps you feel at ease
Everything else will be provided.
Exact location will be shared via DM 25/6/6.
This gathering will happen only if there are four or more participants (counting me) and it’s not raining.
Important Notes
This gathering is a voluntary, peer-based space. It is not professional therapy, counseling, or medical care. Everyone participates at their own responsibility.
If you’re in crisis or need professional support, please reach out to a trained mental health professional or helpline.

Future Events
If there is enough interest, I plan to organize these gatherings regularly until I leave at the end of June. If anyone feels inspired to continue or take over the group after I’m gone, I’d be very happy to support that—let’s see what happens!
